		<description>Well, I&#039;m only doing the ticker in 10 lb. increments, so 4 of 10 lbs. moves faster and farther than if I had lost 4 of 40 lbs., which is good because otherwise I might get the feeling that I&#039;m not doing anything. This way, I can break it up in little chunks, and just deal with that way.</description>
