So, a couple of weeks ago, I had Lasik eye surgery. Everything when smoothly, and I have 20/20 vision with each eye. With both eyes, my vision is a little bit better than 20/20. Today, I went back for my second follow-up appointment and was told that there is a small wrinkle in the flap in my right eye, and that it needs to be smoothed out, which will happen this Thursday.
I had been telling Cindy all week that my right eye seems a tad bit blurry. Nothing big, and who knew what it could really be because I’ve been using 3 kinds of eye drops throughout the day. Well, now I know. There’s no guarantee that this will fix the problem, but I suspect it’s better to have it done than not.

The idea that there is wrinkle on your eyeball totally disturbs me. And that the doctor is going to “smooth it out” conjures an even worse image in my brain.
I totally missed that you ALREADY had the surgery. Oy with the eye wrinkles…good luck with the contact. Sounds like it’ll fix the prob…and yeah. still with the heebie geebies!
